Refund Policy

Valid reasons for a refund:

  • Duplicate payment (charged twice);
  • You did not receive the ordered report within 24 hours;
  • Complete absence of data in the following sections: Specification, Mileage, Timeline;

If the report contains data in at least one of the sections (Specification, Mileage or Timeline), the report is considered fulfilled and you cannot request a refund of funds or credits. If data in these sections is completely missing, credits are automatically returned to your internal balance or you may request a monetary refund. Returned credits can be used immediately to check another vehicle.

If a user purchases a Bundle Plan consisting of several reports and uses at least one report from that plan, the right to a refund is forfeited for the entire plan, considering the specific nature of bundle discounts and conditions.

A refund request can be submitted within 30 calendar days from the date of payment by sending an email describing the issue to: support@vinwiser.com. Refunds will be processed within 14 days.

Refund requests in other cases

Even if an automatic refund was not processed, you can still submit a request for a Credit refund.
